Hi, I’m Brett, the owner of Garden City Web Hosting. I have been actively building and hosting websites since 2001. Garden City Web Hosting began in 2012, in response to a need for high-quality, low-cost, local web hosting. It’s a new name, but the business has been around for 12 years!
Unlike other web hosting companies, Garden City Web Hosting provides personalized customer support. If you have questions about how to succeed online, we can meet for a beer at the Kettlehouse. If you need help setting up a WordPress site, call me and I’ll walk you through it. I believe this additional attention to detail makes GCWH the best value for any individual or growing business.
I am currently getting my Ph.D. in biomechanics at the University of Montana. I am also the owner of Zootown DJ (www.zootowndj.com). I love Missoula, and like to help small business owners (like myself) succeed.
I believe in a few core values which have carried me throughout my life:
1. Communication. I strongly feel that being available to talk and maintaining a clear line of communication will make your wedding or party a relaxing, seamless event. I am available by phone or email every day all of the time.
2. Trust and Honesty. These two qualities are essential to my success as a business and as a person. Without them, we are nothing. With them, we can do anything. Also, I prefer to sleep easy at night. Integrity is more important to me than anything else.
3. Value. Many businesses provide a service based on a “perceived” value. I base my hosting package prices on the actual cost and quality of the service.
4. Social Service. I believe that we are all capable of good deeds. Garden City Web Hosting is no exception. I provide greatly reduced rates for charities and non-profits. If you represent a non-profit, school, or other similar organization, please contact me.
About the servers:
Your website will be hosted on the cloud using colocation via three data centers located in Atlanta, Dallas, and Los Angeles. These cities are great places for servers because they are all internet exchange points (hubs) where bandwidth is greatest and access times are lowest. This results in significantly faster loading times for your website, no matter where your visitors are coming from.
